This special man celebrated his 42nd birthday recently, and this marks the beginning of our big celebration week - Nathan’s birthday, our anniversary, and Benjamin’s birthday! This year Nathan was out of town for work, and then went to Illinois to visit family, so he celebrated with his parents, sister, and her family, which was a special treat for everyone. When he was back in town, we celebrated one evening with campfire cupcakes and gifts.
The kids were excited to give daddy his gift, a picture of them from a beach in Rhodes.
Nathan enjoys learning about Stoicism, so I ordered him statue of one of the original Stoics. It didn’t quite turn out the way I thought, but it will look alright on the bookcase, looking all wise and stuff :)
Nathan is not one for big birthday celebrations, but he is so special and we love celebrating him. Happy birthday Nathan, we love you!
