Happy birthday to our sweet, fun loving 6 year old! It's hard to be believe that this little boy who was barely 5 pounds when we took him home from the hospital, turns 6 years old today! Caleb bring so much joy into our lives. He is funny, sweet, inquisitive, and so curious about the world around him. He loves learning about science and magic, building lego sets, being read to, and riding his bike. Caleb is on the go most of the time, and crashes hard at the end of the day. He still loves to cuddle with us in the morning or at night before bed, we will take it as long as we can. All day today he has been saying, "today I am six!"
Today we celebrated with a lego party at the house. We had about 20 kids come for a playdate, games, and cake and it was a fun time!
We catered food from the Embassy and it was the best choice to not worry about the food prep and it all tasted great.
The kids all lined up to play pin the head on the lego man, blindfolded. All the kids enjoyed the game.
Next we had birthday cake. Tes has made the boys cakes just about every year, and this year she made Caleb an awesome lego cake! He loved it and it was delicious! Of course we had the firecracker candle :).
After the party, we took a rest and then opened gifts from family. Caleb got lots of nice gifts and says thank you!!

Happy Birthday to our sweet, funny, adorable Caleb. Where did the time go - Six years old. It seems like only yesterday we welcomed our first grandchild into the world.
