You Have a Friend In Me

The boys received some new costumes from Grandpa Mark and Grandma Betty. This was a perfect gift because they have completely outgrown these same costumes that they have been wearing in size 12-18 months. Yesterday they did a nice job taking turns wearing Woody.
Yesterday evening, we explored a new park by the beach. The temperatures are dropping in the evenings (below 90) and people are starting to come out much more to play. The park was packed and the boys had fun running around and playing on the playgrounds.
Nathan gave Caleb a timed obstacle course and he had fun doing it very fast.
We ended the evening with a snack break by the water.
One of our friends from work is in town and this evening we had him over for dinner. My mom-in-law recently gave me a great lemon cream pasta recipe from Sweet Tomatoes and an Italian crock pot chicken dish. I served it with salad, hummus and grape leave appetizers, and baklava for dessert (that only I ate). It was delicious, thank you for the recipe!
It was a good weekend and back to work and pre-school for all of us tomorrow.

awwwwwh. Sounds like a perfect weekend. Loved the video. Grandpa Bill and Grandma Rose use to time Nathan and Elizabeth as they ran around the outside of their house...good memories. Love you.

Caleb is quite the competitor - You and Nathan may have a great running buddy. Love the two Woodys - The boys are ready for Halloween.
Love you all 4,
